Our cuisine

Familiarity, territory and simplicity. These are the ingredients we prefer. It is important, in fact, that you feel at home and that you can enjoy our dishes, regional as well as international, counting on the quality of the raw ingredients, whether they are the vegetables of the surrounding countryside, the catch of the day or the jams in the morning.

We serve breakfast from 7.30 am in order to offer you coffee, as soon as you return from jogging or a walk by the sea. If you prefer a more leisure awakening, the breakfast buffet continues until 10 am and includes freshly baked croissants, doughnuts, delicious cakes, fresh bread, delicious jams and a tasty hazelnut chocolate spread, yogurt, cereals, fruit juices, mixed cold cuts, cheeses and many other delicious products.

At lunch and dinner, the menu offers you the choice of four first courses and four second courses, one at least based on fish. In addition to side dishes, you can choose from the many local raw vegetables at the buffet. We also guarantee you a rich selection of gluten-free products and we pay particular attention to your diet if you are food intolerances or allergies.

We also take care of the needs of our youngest guests: we provide highchairs or booster seats, and we prepare baby food for them every day using strictly fresh ingredients.
